One of my favorite things from our experience is that his demeanor didn’t change when we responded with rebuttals, counter offers, or when we stood our ground on certain things. Always takes way too long for an oil change. 3 hours waiting is kinda ridiculous. Never had this problem at other dealerships.

I scheduled my 1st. and only free oil change on the app for my new 2026 Sierra 1500 SLT at Jerry Seiner GMC Buick located Centennial Parkway in Las Vegas.
