Excellent service! No pushy sales people attacking you while you wait. Always explain issues-but never pressure to do a service that's not scheduled. In fact, they told ME something wasn't necessary- I had forgotten they did it at the last service. Easy to schedule with. Pleasant waiting area (love the coffee bar). Earnhardt GMC customer service is excellent (friendly and informative). The service they've performed thus far (oil and fuel filters and tire rotations) has been very good. The only reason they don't get a full 5 out of 5 is price... The prices are high enough, that I'm going back to doing my own services.

The staff were friendly and efficient. As soon as I drove up they greeted me. I told them I had an appointment and checked me right in. Asked what service I was having done. They asked if I wanted my car washed.
I bought four new tires and also needed to have them mounted as well to include rotation and the whole spectrum. I also requested an oil change. I was to bring my car in at 8:00 am for it to be returned with work completed in roughly 2 to 4 hours, however it ended up being an overnight deal not getting my car back until the next day. I will say it was inconveniencing but it all turned out ok and Mr. Tim was apologetic for the delay. So far everything seems fine and I will go back to them for future servicing.
