I just bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra and my salesperson was Kai. You can’t miss him as when you walk into the dealership his name is on a plaque that has him listed as the Top sales person every month since the start of the year. Has he earned it? Absolutely. He pretty much destroys the stigma of typical car sales people. His positive energy and enthusiasm are infectious. He’s flawless at discovery by understanding what the customer wants as opposed to “telling” you what you should buy based on what he wants to “sell” you. They didn’t have one on the lot so they had to order it from another state. At NO time did I ever feel pressured to buy anything on the lot, because Kai was more interested in my needs vs. just selling me something. I know I could have beat them up on price a bit more, but I didn’t want to because I did not want to cut into his commission too much. Like I said, he earned it. His follow up before, during and after the sale was also top tier. He kept me updated through each and every part of the process and followed up after the sale to make sure everything was perfect with my purchase. Because of Kai and the excellent experience, I will recommend him to anyone needing a vehicle from Jerry Seiner Buick GMC. Clemente and Mikayla were both very friendly and outgoing. They answered any questions I had. They both made the process easy. They were pretty busy when I got there, (Around 12 noon on a Saturday) but they kept checking up to see if everything was ok. They never pressured me into buying anything.
