I recently came in for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and got my car in right on time. They explained everything clearly and didnāt try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was completed quicker than expected. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free visit, and Iāll definitely be returning for future maintenance.
Brought my Yukon in for warranty work. I had an appointment on March 12th. I let them know I had a warranty and to check that before sending me an invoice. I had to tell them 4 separate times to check my warranty. It took them just shy of a week to do so. Red flag #1- I should have picked up my car after just that. Carlos our āadvisorā never contacted me. I had to constantly call for updates. At just shy of the two week mark I called very confused as to why my car was still not done- motor mounts, as they confirmed with me, take 6-8hrs and they are in stock. Come to find out after repeatedly calling and getting voicemails or āIāll call you backā that our car has yet to be worked on and for two weeks has just been sitting in their lot. They said they wouldnāt get to it until Friday (it was a Monday when i called). By Friday I asked again and was told it would be done by end of day- so they say. Shocker it wasnāt. They said they need 1-2 more days. Tuesday,March 31st, I drove in to see them in person after trying to call and my call getting forwarded and it is STILL not done. Once again told āit will be done todayā. For warranty covered motor mounts! Carlos never calls and is impossible to get ahold of. As an advisor he should have let me know they were 3 plus weeks behind and let me decide if i wanted to leave my car or not. My warranty covers car rentals up to 7 days- if this was communicated I could have used it but they kept telling me itās āalmost doneā. So I kept trusting them and waiting. My mistake to trust them. Tried to talk to the service manager last week and he āwasnāt inā when I called. They said he would call me back- well he never called me back. To the mechanics there- Either itās that they are so backed up and scheduling needs to stop until they can catch up OR they are simply lazy. We contacted our warranty and they informed us this repair doesnāt take this long traditionally, as we already know because we have had this exact repair done before in AZ and it took 3 days from diagnostic to repair. Carlos said he couldnāt get a hold of the warranty because they are east coast and close early but after we talked to warranty they said thatās not accurate as they are in Texas. The GMC Henry Brown dealership in Gilbert,AZ was/is phenomenal and puts Jerry Seiner to shame! We recently moved to Vegas and this was our first experience with them and to put it lightly was disgraceful. We have been without a car for 2 weeks and 5 days. Without any communication outside of myself calling them. March 31st, two days shy of the 3 week mark, we finally picked up our car. THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME IT WAS DONE. After going in the morning they said they would call when it was finished. After hearing nothing all day we went in to see it sitting on the lot finished. No call. I donāt know about the sales team BUT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER! Frankly I am nervous of the work they did on it. We will be going to Chevy going forward.
After paying for the best maintenance plan you are still trying to make additional money
the service people are friendly but did not do their job when i got an oil change 1st i was quoted $129.00 the i received a text that said $108.00 but when i paid it was $148.00 and for that money, they did not even top off the fluids, i ran out of window washing fluid the next day the tire pressure was off by 3 on all 4 tires, i do not recommend this place for service but i do recommend the sales department,
I shouldāve trusted my gut. The last time I went to this dealership, the experience was bad enough that I promised myself I wouldnāt come back. But I gave them one more chance and thatās on me. I dropped my truck off Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning appointment. All day Wednesday, I kept checking the dealerās service tracker. The only thing marked complete was the checkāin. I tried to be patient. Maybe they were just behind. Maybe the tracker lagged. So, I didnāt call. By late Thursday morning, the tracker still hadnāt changed. Not a single update. I finally called the service department, only to be told the service writer wasnāt available. Hours passed before I got a call back and thatās when things went from frustrating to unbelievable. They couldnāt find my truck. Not āitās delayed,ā not āweāre working on it,ā but they physically lost it. A few minutes later, I got another call saying theyād found it and were āstarting on it now,ā as if that made everything fine. Friday afternoon, I showed up to pick it up. I waited more than twenty minutes for the service writer who was supposedly handling my truck. He never came back. Someone else eventually stepped in to help. And to top it all off, I walked out having paid $1,000 to replace a thermostat that costs about $200. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Yet again, the customer service and professionalism for the service staff at Jerry Seiner has impressed my wife and I. We always feel welcomed and appreciated here. I bought my second GMC at a competitor, but will only bring it for any service to Jerry Seiner. Thanks guys!
