Our family (three big kids plus three small dogs) was headed from San Diego, CA to Draper, UT, and started having vehicle problems in Las Vegas. The vehicle was going to cost too much to repair and would not be able to be repaired for several days. We were on a schedule, had already been delayed a day, and needed a vehicle ASAP. I called Jerry Seiner Buick because we had previously been interested in an Acadia or Enclave. I had no idea I was going to be connected with the most amazing sales person. He was incredibly kind, listening to what was happening to us and offering to help. He found me a selection of vehicles to choose from, traveled 12 miles to pick up four of us, and took us back to the dealership. In a few hours, we were headed out of town in a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and accommodating. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic, particularly given It was a whirlwind and we had not planned to purchase a new vehicle on our way up north! We ended up getting a 2023 Buick Enclave, which seemed perfectly suited to our needs. We want to thank our salesman, Humberto Jacquez, without whom we would have been lost! He even led us out of town so we could get on the expressway and on our way as quickly as possible!

Customer Service is the BEST. I took my GMC Denali in for service and was attended by Stephen Lubawy. I was concerned that something serious had happened but Stephen called back and said everything is fine and sure enough, all is fine. Stephen kept in contact and giving me updates. Honesty is number ONE at Jerry Seiner GMC......thanks Stephen !!

Awesome customer service! So glad we switched from Cadillac! We waited about 7 months for our Yukon and Sami kept in touch keeping us updated the entire time. When we came in to pickup our vehicle, Sami and Adam were both super helpful and even tried to get us out quickly to pickup our kids. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service! 😊

I have to say that when I made my appointment to get my oil change I expected it to take a lot longer. They took me in right away and they were ready for me. They are very professional and polite. I have been going to this dealership for a long time and this is the best care I have received. I will go back for sure and I will recommend them to my friends.

Great dealership! I had a great experience. I was looking for something in particular. Didnt happen But maybe a few months from now. now rush to just buy anything. I enjoyed the workers all professional and welcoming. My salesman was Gregg and he is very pleasant and down to earth made my introvert experience worthwhile. Nice place, it surely was a first class experience from beginning to end I will keep them in mind in the future. Awesome team! highly recommend this place. Also, being that I worked at Mercedes Benz for quite sometime in the past the enviroment was a very pleasing experience and no high pressure. Gregg is awesome salesman!

I have been a loyal customer of this GMC dealership since 2016 and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. I can tell you that the service department continues to set the highest standard for their competitors. Mr. Larry Tinnin has done it again…he had me bring my 2020 Denali 2500HD in with no appointment for a quick look at the truck. The issue was a fuel leak that had the potential of becoming severe. All said and done, Mr. Tinnin made sure that my granddaughters and I did not end up stranded on the highway. Thank you Jerry Seiner for your staff’s commitment to your customers

Excellent service! No pushy sales people attacking you while you wait. Always explain issues-but never pressure to do a service that's not scheduled. In fact, they told ME something wasn't necessary- I had forgotten they did it at the last service. Easy to schedule with. Pleasant waiting area (love the coffee bar). First time in my adult life I've trusted a car dealers service center. I even use them for basic oil changes. Thumbs up!
